Join Wende for a unique meditation experience of stretching, breath work, essential oils, percussive sound, crystal singing bowls, and more. Meditations are a 90-minute (approx.) guided experience. Participants are encouraged to bring a pillow/neck pillow, blanket or whatever you need to be comfortable on a hardwood floor. Comfortable seating is also provided. 


St. Paul's is a proud partner with Wende and her healing and restorative work through her business Dragonfly Medicine Meditation and Drum Circles.

Meet Wende

The meditation circles are extensions of Wende's practice bringing love and healing out into the community through weekly circles, classes, workshops, hospice events, and into schools and retirement communities.
