Seasonal Worship Opportunities at St. Paul's

  • Living Nativity

See the nativity come to life with real people and real animals. Two narrated programs are presented. In-between presentations all are invited to warm by the fire pit, take pictures by the Victorian themed gazebo and wander inside for home-cookies and hot chocolate. This is a free event, our Christmas gift to the community.

  • Christmas Eve Service

A service of candlelight, carols and the celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Service is at 5:00 PM.

  • PAJAMA SUNDAY

Join us in worship and wear your comfiest festive clothes - pajamas, ugly (or not ugly) Christmas sweater. On the Sunday after Christmas we continue the Christmastide celebration with carols and storybooks. This is a family worship service for all ages. There is no Sunday School class. Plan to stay for an Oatmeal Bar and sweet treats.

  • scout sunday

A February/March service of blessing and recognition of the contributions of young people and adults to Scouting.

  • The last supper presentation

Watch DaVinci's famous painting come to life as each disciple describes his call to follow Jesus and his experience of the transformative power of Jesus' love. Interested in hosting the Last Supper Presentation at your church? Contact Anne at stpauls4me@yahoo.com

  • Easter Sunrise Service & Breakfast

A special 7 AM service that begins outside (weather permitting) and celebrates communion and the gift of new life in the Risen Christ. Followed by an Easter Breakfast from 8 - 9:30 AM and a family worship service at 9:30 AM.

  • Holy Humor Sunday

Inspired by an old Easter custom of the early Greek church, the Sunday after Easter is observed as Holy Humor Sunday. It is an opportunity to continue to celebrate the Good News of Jesus' resurrection. We celebrate joy and laughter among the many gifts from God.

  • Blessing of the Backpacks

All students and education staff (and all who take a bag to work) are invited to bring their backpacks, totes and brief cases for a special back-to-school blessing in August. All backpacks and bags receive a blessing reminder tag.

  • blessing of the animals

A fall worship service of thanksgiving and blessing for our living creature friends. Donations of pet food are collected on this day for a local food pantry.
